How long do I have to use it for?
For massage or pain relief purpose, 15 – 20 minutes.
For fitness purpose, 20-30 minutes daily. Research have shown people have achieved a more aesthetic body shape after using EMS for 5-8 weeks. You can also enhance the result by aerobic exercise and diet control.

What is gel pad?
The purpose of the gel pads is to allow the product to be easily attached to the body, it is also an adhesive medium. Model AM02S needs 6 standard gel pads and AM02T needs 2 standard and 2 small gel pads.
We use medical grade material to produce the gel pads. It is comfortable to use and it will not cause any skin irritation.
